Southwest Florida Yoga is dedicated to providing exceptional Yoga instruction in Estero and Fort Myers, Florida. All of our classes are taught by certified, Registered Yoga Teachers who are teaching, studying, practicing and living their Yoga in Southwest Florida. We offer classes in a variety of Yoga traditions including Classical Alignment based Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Viniyoga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. We also offer specialties such as Prenatal Yoga, and Post Natal Yoga-Pilates Fusion.
